Il Sangiovese è uno dei vitigni principali dell’azienda e viene coltivato in diverse aree. In particolare le uve di questo vino provengono da un vigneto della zona denominata Polpano ed è coltivato a Guyot. L’impianto è del 2006 e ha 5.000 viti per ettaro.
La vendemmia avviene alla fine di Settembre.
