Sauvignon Blanc is found in Villa Potenza, where the soil is mainly gravelly. The two vineyards were planted in 2001 and 2006. The first gives complexity and structure to the wine, while the younger one offers freshness and minerality.
Both vineyards have 5,000 spurred cordon-trained plants.
